Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance before accessing courses
• Payments can be made through our approved payment methods (Paymob, bank transfer, etc.)
• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated
• The Academy reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share account credentials with others
• Record, copy, or distribute course content without permission
• Engage in disruptive behavior during online classes
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Eagle Sky or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Eagle Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

Termination
